Welcome back to our channel! Today, we’re going to show you how to make the perfect crispy Alu Mator Samosas. These are packed with a spiced potato and pea filling, perfect for enjoying with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
**Ingredients**
* Samosa Dough:
- all purpose flour - 1 & half cup
- salt - 1 tsp
- cumin seeds (zeera) - 1 tsp
- Ajwain - 1 tsp
- olive oil - half tsp
- water - half cup
* Samosa filling:
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- green chilli paste - half tsp
- cumin seeds - half tsp
- fresh chopped spinach - 2 tbsp
- chopped onions - half cup
- water - 1 tbsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry coriander powder - 1 tsp
- turmeric powder - half tsp
- dry mango (Amchur )powder-1tsp
- peprika powder - half tsp
- mashed & boiled potatoes - 2 medium
- boiled peas - half cup
- tomatoes (peeled & chopped) - half cup
- fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- fresh mint leaves - 2 tbsp
- all ground powder ( gram masala) half tsp
